LOGIN to Renovate Partner Program

Munich, June 2009 – Schmidt’s LOGIN, vendor of LOGINventory, the best-selling hardware and software inventory tool for Windows networks, today announced a change of the requirements and conditions within the company’s partner program, starting July 1st. Based on the tremendous success and sustained sales via the indirect channel, LOGIN strives to intensify its relations to the reselling partners.

The company will therefore offer incentives to its resellers to make advocating for LOGINventory even more beneficial. By meeting certain objectives, each reselling company can increase the LOGIN discount up to 40%. There are three categories in the new LOGIN Partner Program: Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Gold, Silver, Bronze: General Conditions

In the future Gold Partners benefit from 40% discount. The first basic requirement is the registration via the "Dealers Only" section on the LOGIN website at www.loginventory.com/reseller. Here, resellers register with their own user name and password and benefit from the renewed discounts. If the reselling company is already registered, it is not necessary to register again.

Alongside the registration, Gold Partners need to link to the LOGIN website and add LOGINventory to the online price list. Additionally, the Gold Partner has to achieve sales of 20,000 LOGINventory licenses in the first year after registration.

Silver Partners have registered and linked to the LOGIN website. Also, they have taken LOGINventory in their online shop system – if such is available. Silver Partners will get 25% discount for every LOGINventory order.

Bronze Partners have registered via the LOGIN website and integrated LOGINventory in the price list. Registering automatically qualifies as a LOGIN Bronze Partner. Bronze Partners will get 10% discount for every LOGINventory order.

Additional LOGIN Services

After the registration, the reseller will be able to view its current status and the specific conditions for the partner status. When entering license quantities on the web shop form in the Dealers Only section, discount percentages will be automatically calculated and displayed. The reseller will see both the reseller purchase price and the end-customer (licensee) list price.

The HTML snippets for linking to LOGIN are available via the company’s web site. The reseller may place the HTML code in the website's partner, customer or product section. LOGIN asks its resellers to send an alert as soon as the respective partner has placed the link, so LOGIN can verify and adjust the LOGIN partner status accordingly.

LOGIN supports its partners in marketing and sales efforts by allowing free access to the current price list, text, graphic and advertising documents, available at www.loginventory.com/mediarepository. Furthermore, LOGIN will keep its partners constantly posted about product-related activities and innovations.

Resellers who do not fulfill any of the requirements will receive LOGINventory, Webinterface and SUSL according to published list price. All information regarding the LOGIN Partner Program is online at www.loginventory.com/partnerprogram.
