LOGINventory5.7: Greatly enhanced software license management

The brand new update of LOGINventory, the admin tool for the hardware and software discovery of Windows-based networks, shows many new features for the integrated license management. To enter license related information like costs for purchases and maintenance as well as data about the license class and metrics, you now find additional columns for an extensive documentation of the used licenses. Also new are columns for entering the software ID, support contacts and dates for resubmission.

We recommend all users who are licensed for LOGINventory5.x the free update to version 5.7.

You may enter the following items to License Management:

• Purchase costs
• Maintenance costs
• License class (with the options full version, upgrade, update, add-on, etc.)
• License metrics (per device, node, user, floating, CPU, etc)
• Software-ID
• Support contacts
