Yes, we change the licensing model in LI5. What about the prices?

LOGINventory5 comes with a changed licensing model. The distinction between computers and devices is removed, assets in the recycle bin and faultily scanned assets do not consume a license any longer. No customer will have to worry about any disadvantages!

• Simplified licensing per asset: No distinction between computers and devices.
• Only successfully inventoried assets will be regarded for the license counting and entered in the data base.
• Deleted assets in the LOGINventory Recycle Bin won't consume a license any longer

Licensing / Prices

• All prices remain constant.
• All customers now ordering LOGINventory v4 will get a v5 license.
• All Beta and RC versions will work also with a v4 license - the v5 RTM needs a v5 license (upgrade).
• For all customers without SUSL (Software Upgrade Subscription for LOGINventory) this upgrade will be priced at 60% of the full version's list price - including 12 months of SUSL.
• If someone - caused by the new licensing model - needs additional licenses after the upgrade, it is not necessary to pay for these. We will provide the extra licenses for free!
