Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012
LOGINventory5 can  be executed on Microsoft Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.
Hint
On 64-bit editions of these operating systems, “Jet Engine 4.0 (Microsoft Access)” cannot be used as a database type.
We will provide a LOGINventory update shortly after Microsoft has officially released these OS types.
Hint
You will only see the main programs of LOGINventory5 in the apps view.
Use “All apps” to see all LOGINventory5 Start Menu entries, like “LOGINventory PowerShell” or the manuals.

Caution: Major changes in LOGINventory 5.9

• LOGINfo: No longer automatic SNMP fallback for Microsoft Windows computers.
  You will see ERROR 1223 instead.
  The previous behavior can be enforced using switch
  • in LOGINfo.ini:     !SET AllowWindowsSnmp=1
  • in command line: //AllowWindowsSnmp 1
